I’ve walked in your shoes
I’ve been where you are. No one prepared me for the anxiety, stress, and overwhelming emotions - going from elated to devastated -and back again, only to feel drained, exhausted, and defeated in the unknowing and roller coaster journey that is fertility.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist, and sometimes it all felt like too much mentally for something that is “supposed” to be easy and our unique ability and power as women. My mind and body felt off and I knew, in my heart and soul, that I had to find balance and reconnect the two to get through this journey.
In this inner knowing and search for calm, I discovered yoga and found new ways of reuniting the connection between mind and body that have now helped countless women learn the skills of mindfulness and body movement to navigate their fertility journey with compassion, love, and gentleness for themselves.
It worked for me, and other women like us, and I know that it can work for you too.

Yes. The mindfulness skills that you will learn are backed by research and science. As with all things we approach and learn in this beautiful life, an open heart and mind are key to learning any new skill or approach.
