Meet Jules

Meet Jules
Welcome! I’m Jules, a Licensed Psychotherapist and 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I’m so glad you’re here. I specialize in Heart, Mind & Body practices to help you find ease and compassion during life’s challenges.

Through the wisdom of psychotherapy, breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and restorative yoga, I’ll support you in nurturing your mind-body connection and uncovering the strength and resilience within you.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Texas and California with 15 years of private practice, I work with individuals and couples navigating fertility journeys, including Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). I also bring specialized training in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Fertility Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Mental Health Professionals. Additionally, I’m a Usui-Tibetan Reiki Master Practitioner, offering individual sessions, small group classes, and private or staff retreats.

It’s an honor to be part of your journey toward love, ease, and compassion.

With gratitude,
Jules
