Welcome. I’m Jules and I am so glad you are here.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, the essence of my work is providing Heart, Mind, & Body centered practices for emotional wellness. These heart-centered practices weave together the wisdom of psychotherapy with grounding, restorative practices of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness. This gentle integrative approach fosters healing, growth and aligns the heart, mind, & body in harmony.

These practices can help to manage tension, stress and anxiety, and help guide us back to our true self - one that is whole, joyous and complete. I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll create a journey that honors your unique experience and helps you feel supported, empowered and in harmony.

Women’s Wellness

I empower women in each stage of life to discover what wellness means to them – physically, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you’re facing infertility, anxiety, or menopause, we will work together to create a nurturing space for your experience. Our practice together helps you tap into your inner resources for self-love, compassion, and grace. Our work may include grounding, mindfulness, meditation, breath work, mindful movement, gentle and restorative yoga. When we practice self-compassion and awareness on the yoga mat, we can more easily invite these qualities into our daily lives.

Fertility Yoga

Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or preparing for an Assisted Reproductive Cycle, Fertility Yoga is designed to support you wherever you are in your journey. I know firsthand the path to parenthood is not always an easy one. Through small group and/or private classes, our work together will help you navigate your personal fertility experiences in a supportive community. Yoga can help to support fertility by reducing stress, managing mood, and providing helpful tools to navigate the family building journey.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow-paced practice involving the use of props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Restorative yoga can help elicit our natural relaxation response, shifting our nervous system from “fight, flight, freeze, fawn” to “rest and digest”. Stress and emotions become stored in the body, tensing our muscles and causing discomfort. When we allow ourselves to deeply rest and find ease in restful postures, we discover space to soften both the body and mind. Together we’ll cultivate a nurturing practice of slowing down with ease and love.

Yoga Retreats

Yoga retreats offer a focused time to find calm and ease in the midst of daily life. Whether you are looking for a mini retreat at the end of an exhausting week, a small retreat to celebrate a recent milestone, or are hosting a company retreat for employees or colleagues, each retreat package is bespoke and tailored to you and your needs.
